This Competition is open to all, except for all employees and agents of the Advertiser, Procter & Gamble, their Affiliates, any other prize sponsor, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Competition, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household as such individuals, whether related or not.
The Advertiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Participants at any point in time.
Only one registration per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts shall be deleted. You understand, recognize and agree that the Advertiser reserve the right, at any time to disqualify any person who does not satisfy the above eligibility criteria at any time during the term of the Competition.
These Terms and Conditions apply to any Visitor and/or Participant of the Competition.
How to EnterEntry to the Competition is open from March 23, 2012 (Commencement Date) to April 9, 2012, 11:59 pm (GMT +4). Entry to the Competition is open from March 23, 2012 (Commencement Date) to April 9, 2012, 11:59 pm (GMT +4). The qualifier stage begins on April 11, 2012, 12:00 am (GMT +4) and concludes on April 16, 2012, 11:59 pm (GMT +4). The remaining period of the competition is restricted to participants who qualified from the qualifier stage.

Each member agrees not to provide false or misleading personal information, and, in particular, agrees not to register under a false identity. Each member is responsible for using the online information management system to immediately report all changes to the information he or she provided at registration.

In the event of a dispute about the identity of an online account, each online account will be declared made by the authorized email account holder of the email address submitted at the time of creating the account. "Authorized email account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. The potential winner may be required to provide Procter & Gamble company with proof of identity, and/or proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning account.
PrizesPrizes will be granted by the Advertiser. For the "Braun "Special one" Challenge", the prize will be give to the overall winner of the competition, and the prize is two tier 1 tickets to El Clasico in Barcelona on April 22, 2012.
Expenses not specifically stated above, together with the reporting and payment of all applicable taxes, fees, and/or surcharges, if any, arising out of, or resulting from, acceptance or use of a prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner of that prize. The Advertiser expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prizes awarded. The Advertiser makes no representations or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply. Advertiser will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
Determining the WinnerThe Participant that successfully qualifies from the qualifier stage and wins all the head-to-head challenges in the play-off stages will be announced as winner and will be entitled to receive a prize. Also the person who will generate the more buzz about the competition will be entitled to receive a prize. Prizes will be awarded and delivered by the Advertiser or its agent/representative. The Advertiser and its Affiliates shall not be liable to the Participant in respect of any costs, expenses or damage that may be incurred by the Participant in respect of delivery or non-delivery of the prize.
Winners will be determined on April 18th, 2012. The Advertiser shall be entitled to change the dates on which winners are determined and such change shall be notified on the Micro-site without the need for any further notification to Participants. The names of the winners will be published on the Micro-site
The personal contact details of every winner shall be collected by the Advertiser and/or any agent or representative for purposes of delivery of the prizes. Prizes will be delivered to the address of the winner as such address is provided by the Participant in writing to the Advertiser. Upon receipt of a prize, the winner shall sign the prize receipt acknowledgment form. Return of any prize and/or prize receipt acknowledgment form as undeliverable, or inability of the Advertiser to contact a potential winner may result in disqualification of the winner and selection of an alternate winner.
All decisions of the Advertiser in relation to the winners will be final and binding and the Advertiser will engage in any correspondence in the event of a dispute concerning the winners.
By using this website and entering the Competition, you agree that any information collected from you in this Competition or provided by you during use of this website, including your personal information and contact details, will be shared with the Advertiser and its agents and/or representatives and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Competition.
